Long time no embroidered; I thought the 11 karat mesh was smaller than the 14 karat mesh. But 11k is really a big tissue. But it will be a great project for the visually impaired! This is a standard cross stitch. What is unique and useful about this is that the Aida fabric is DIE CUT using water soluble ink. No more counting and tracing patterns, making this project a little more relaxed. Secondly, the fabric is sewn on all edges so that the edges do not crumble during operation. And it's stiff enough that you don't need a tire!
