Screws present, work great. Hard to hit thanks to GM engineering. UPDATE: The sensor failed after about 3 months / 600 miles of driving. Verified by monitoring lead time while driving; falls below +7 degrees when accelerating, C / B 20+. Exchange for an OEM version. Not recommended
