No Sugar/Artificial Sweeteners/Colors - Easy to Use/Works!

My wife and I live in east-central Florida and play doubles tennis 3-4 times a week. About 6 months of the year it gets HOT! and you sweat profusely, even when you're at your best. We drink a lot of water during and after the game, but you need more than just rehydration, you need to replace the electrolytes lost through sweat. My wife often suffered from painful muscle cramps at night due to lack of electrolytes. We were looking for something other than regular sports drinks (Gatorade, etc.) that were fortified with sugar and coloring, or "light" versions that replaced artificial sweeteners (sucralose, etc.). Even the unflavored Pedialyte was full of sugar. and it was expensive. I looked at all the electrolyte offerings on Revain, read the reviews, checked the ingredients and finally settled on LYTEshow Ionic Electrolyte Concentrate mainly because it has no sugar/artificial sweetener/coloring. There were a few reviews complaining about the taste, but we didn't find the taste to matter except for a slight saltiness. The great thing about it is that it comes in small pouches that can each hold 32 ounces of water; it is a liquid, so there is no powder to measure, dissolve, etc.; and you can use 1/2 pouch to treat a regular 16oz water bottle and stick the pouch on what's left in the fridge for next use. As mentioned above, one sachet in a 32 ounce bottle of thermal water imparts a very mild, not at all unpleasant, slightly salty taste to the water. It's easy to drink and very refreshing with ice in a thermos. Even better, my wife hasn't had muscle cramps since using LYTEshow. It's the perfect electrolyte replacement solution - no mess, easy to use, no "bad things" (sugar, artificial sweeteners, colors), subtle but pleasant saltiness, and IT WORKS for electrolyte replacement. It belongs in my first aid kit and in my tennis bag - I can't recommend LYTEshow highly enough.
