Well I lost my leg on the PROLINE conductor's stand and it was perfect for all needs. The packaging actually says 7/8-1", but that would be very, very tight if the leg was actually 1". My leg tubes were 7/8 OD and the fit seems snug enough. They're actually tighter and harder to remove than the original legs, so hopefully they'll do a better job and stay in place without the need for glue. And since the tripod is a tripod, I now have a spare leg just in case! a tougher one rubber than the originals, which I don't think would make a difference anyway. So yes, two days and less than $5 is a solution to the problem - I couldn't ask for more. I love it.
