Inserting and removing the key was rough and sticky at times. I trust that lock will stay locked when I need it. It was pretty unreliable so I was afraid it wouldn't open when I need it and I might get blocked. The lock was returned for a refund. I bought an ABUS disc lock for double the price but it works perfectly and is strong so my security is worth the extra cost.
