I don't know how anyone could install this in 15 minutes; even when all the tools are ready to use. It is imperative that the tires are removed, which alone can take at least 10 minutes for both front tires. I installed it with the OEM fenders and had to cut out some of the plastic for the #1 screw but it still didn't fit so I didn't even use it as it's not really required. For #4, #5 and #6 you will definitely need a hammer drill. The instructions leave a lot to be desired and the video is too fast when it comes to the electrical element of the installation. I installed them with side lights and can't say it doesn't feel like a quality product, but it's not an easy install at all. 2 hours later and one page is posted. This other side shouldn't last that long. watch the video
