USB-C connector doesn't fit properly in Note10+

I bought this item to use with the new Samsung Note10 Plus with the idea that I could use my TV's HDMI output to connect to Samsung DeX would access. For this purpose it worked. about a minute, and then the signal disappeared. I tried several times to establish a reliable connection, but a few minutes after the connection was established, it lost again. The source of the problem was the USB-C connector, it doesn't fit snugly into the phone's port, and unlike my other USB-C connectors, this connector doesn't fit snugly at all. I will send the adapter back and look for a better device.
