Review on MaintenWorks by Walter Velasquez

I really like that it can integrate with my sales database, allowing me to track all aspects of an accounts activity! At this year's BPA conference we also used ManageEngine PSA software (very nice!) but had some integration issues when attempting connections from our main system which has been resolved by using MEW as part vendor platform - no more manual logon attempts in order set status etc!! I like that it's very easy to use, not too complicated; you can get used quickly if your familiar with other software packages such as SAP or Oracle in which case this will be even easier than those programs! The interface could definitely look more modernized but overall has been great so far.- Easy setup- Very user friendly (you dont need any training)- No problems we've had thusfar have anything serious at all - minor issues here & there nothing major yet.
