I like that this software allows me to see what's going out of my factory in real time! It has also allowed us to be able to monitor all our production lines, no longer do we have problems with missing parts or products being damaged when they are supposed to go through quality checks before shipping them off. I really like that it can integrate with my sales database, allowing me to track all aspects of an accounts activity! At this year's BPA conference we also used ManageEngine PSA software (very nice!) but had some integration issues when attempting connections from our main system which has been resolved by using MEW as part vendor platform - no more manual logon attempts in order set status etc!!
