I can’t recommend this enough
I got this gate because I babysit for my 10 month old great granddaughter three days a week and she’s starting to get mobile. I needed a gate that would protect her from the stairs, but also one with a latched door that I could just leave in place. This one is perfect. It opens and closes easily but latches securely and is incredibly sturdy. It also looks pretty good and isn’t an eyesore in my kitchen. All in all - two thumbs up and five stars. It’s worth every penny.
