Review on πŸ”ͺ Makita 792555 Portable Bi-Metal Blade: Durability and Versatility Combined by Justin Woolley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do your teeth seem twisted?

I have a Makita BPB180 and the included blade has teeth for cutting clockwise when I look up. made for Makita and even came in a Makita box but the blade is with the teeth backwards. I'm not an expert and I don't understand all Makita band saws, but maybe I have a model to order? The tooth difference is 24 TPI compared to my 18 TPI. Just thought I was posting to help someone save time. Blade quality is good. Another thought: maybe someone bought this blade and swapped it out in the box? I'll buy another box and check it out.

Pros
  • Ideal for cutting a wide range of materials including rebar, pipe, thread and conduit.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others
