They are economical but very difficult to open for their size. A 10" rail fits in a small (lightweight) box and you have to pull quite hard to get past the receiver spring to close it easily. If you're using them on a small table or other small piece of furniture, there's a good chance you'll move the table by pulling before the drawer opens. If used on top of a built in cupboard or a heavy object (like mine) this shouldn't be a problem. Unlike (much) more expensive slides, there is no way to adjust the pickup spring tension. Also, you should know how to install the drawer slides as the guide is useless. For me this works well and economically, but is not suitable for all applications due to the stiffness of the spring.
