Review on 🔪 G TING Whetstone Sharpener with Flattening Feature by Derrek Fields

Sharpened my poor quality fiberglass knives pretty well! It takes some time (as it should), but it's worth the time and effort. I did a tomato cut test versus an unsharpened Chicago kitchen knife, this cut was on the right and the freshly sharpened (and sharpened) knife on the left. I really liked the angle holder, although the two rubber parts sometimes caught on the stone when sharpening. Another problem I had was that the pieces of rubber that go on the sharpening stones don't quite fit into the bamboo holder even if you try to insert it when you don't really need it. However, none of these issues are critical! Just small details worth mentioning. I hope that I can use this for a few more years and that I will definitely get my money's worth for the proper care of my knives 😁
