Review on 🖊️ Black Bostitch QuietSharp EPS9V-BLK Vertical Executive Electric Pencil Sharpener by Summer Hendricks

We bought this sharpener 3 years ago. I agree with most of the comments from the other reviewers that the sharpener capacity is too small, especially the number of crayons my kids cycle through. But it's quiet, sharpens quickly and works well. However, in the last 6 months he has been fussy. The sharpener motor will not start unless you wiggle the pen or tilt it at a certain angle. We got through it, but it was a frustrating process. Eventually he started making a loud noise and didn't quite sharpen his pencil. I finally looked at the warranty and there is a 7 year limited warranty. I went to their website and emailed the claim to http://bostitchoffice.com/support/WarrantyClaimsForm_SaleReceipt_20140130.pdf. The complaint was emailed on Monday, on Friday I received a new replacement sharpener! Wow. I say it's great customer service. So if you have or have had problems with this sharpener, don't throw it away! File a claim if yours is less than 7 years old!
