Weak rollers are no alternative

$45 for a pair of rolls?! Mine broke the same day I installed it. I'm hesitant to order another replacement anytime soon as I can't afford to throw money away on something that will last all day. I heard they are much smoother than any other Roomba roller. I got this because there are no third-party alternatives yet. but I feel like I wasted my money on the most expensive and thinnest rollers for the most expensive (by price) Roomba. At this level, rolls should last for years before showing significant wear. iRobot has to redesign them so they don't get torn apart by random small objects. The original rolls were cut in half with a small stick. that fell off one of my houseplants.

Pros

Wide dual rubber brushes effectively clean large areas and work together to thoroughly clean floors. One brush loosens and shakes the dirt, the other moves in the opposite direction, sucking it up and drawing it in.
