Review on 🔆 5-Watt Solar Battery Trickle Charger by Sunforce - Black by James Cypert

On receipt of two of these panels a volt meter connected to the SAE connectors. The output was 28+ volts on both panels. The instructions say the range is 16-25 (min-max). Sunforce contacted - email only, no phone support. 1st answer: Provide photos of meter readings with probes in plugs. (Okay, no problem.) Answer 2: Provide a copy of the receipt. (No problem.) 3. Response: Enter the seller's name. (OK. Repeat what was posted earlier. Also provided is a copy of the order page showing the same.) 4th Response: Please check the order page for the seller. (? Have already done it twice and provided a picture.) So two weeks have passed and there is no result. returned product. Update: 07/19/2020Thanks to the Revain support team. Because I got stuck with Sunforce customer service, Revain swapped out two units. Two new panels have just arrived. Unfortunately, they also give out too high a voltage, 26.5 volts (the maximum according to the instructions is 25 volts).
