Don't be fooled, Silver is not the right monitor at all. It has a bad stand which is not built in like the black one. I sent back the silver and got the black and it's fantastic! The built in kickstand is all you need! A quick one-cable connection without a separate power cord is great. It doesn't use too much power, allowing my laptop to run without a charger for most of the day. :) I'm a happy customer.
