It's lovely but impossibly tangled!
I always take it off and wrap it around the cardboard piece and put in its pouch .The 4th time I wanted to wear this, it fell onto the floor in a ball. That ball became a tangle. I've untangled many things. This will not untangle. I've tried all the tricks,oil, baby powder, it is tangled! I've owned it longer than a month. I can't return it.
