I put a new blade in my razor and was surprised that it pulled my hair and didn't cut it at all. I did about 3 passes and the hair was still there. I have been using a straight razor for almost a year and have bought various models all here on Amazon these blades are complete junk and I will not be buying them again. My other razor had Gillette blades and I didn't change it. or used it for a few months and decided to take it to do the job that my new straight razor combined with these blades couldn't do and of course it worked great. I'll tell you right now, those blades suck. Good deal for quantity but you sacrifice quality
