Be careful when and where you eat them.

I received these and the macros were COMPLETELY different than advertised. 10 net carbs is more than usual for a very small bar. This suited my macros for the day, so I decided to give it a try. The worst mistake of my life. I was in pain for hours and 4 trips to the toilet. Let me just say I've been on keto for about 3 months so I've tried a lot of alternative sugars. Some cause small problems, but usually it's the same type of situation. I have never experienced something like that. I wouldn't call myself a "sensitive stomach" either. After putting the ingredients back, I guess it was malitol that confused me. I've never eaten it before (it's the keto lore that it will knock you out of ketosis). I think they stay in the back of the fridge until I throw them away. At least I only bought 6 packs.
