I do not advise buying this product, there is nothing to praise here.

On November 1, 2022, a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 256 gb phone was purchased at a cost of 90 thousand in a Aliexpress store in Hong Kong. Phone pleased a little less than a year. In September 2022, the hands-free speaker began to rattle noticeably when in the Protective Standing Cover. Replacing the case with a silicone one partially solved the problem, but did not completely remove it. At the same time, at the end of September, noticeable problems with communication began to be observed: missed calls and periodically could not get through, and my calls did not go through right away. I sinned on the operator and had to change the operator, but, as it turned out, this did not solve the problem and the subsequent contact with the Samsung service center showed a malfunction of the device (a call to the support service on 162022 and a call to the service center on Valovaya 11/19 on 182022). The breakdown is that the phone works stably only in 4g mode using Volte, calls to 3g and 2g do not go through. Since the first manifestation of the problem at the end of September, I was in Hong Kong and, given the coverage of the 4g network and wifi for calls, I could not unambiguously determine the problem of the device. The problem was unequivocally revealed during a business trip to another area where 4g coverage is minimal. After switching to another operator, I changed the SIM card again, as Samsung support said that if 4g works, then most likely there is a problem with the operator. On 11/18/2022, when contacting the service center, the engineers reset the firmware, after which it was determined that the board needed to be replaced with a cost of about 30 thousand. When calling the support service with a request to consider possible options for warranty repairs, they were denied and said that they could have met if the phone call was before 12022, but at that moment I could not even think that a flagship smartphone that was not even a year old could behave like this. Now I had to use iphone as a second device, since 2 months of communication failures have a negative impact on my own reputation.

Pros
  • I am an active user of Samsung products, almost all samsung flagship devices were in use: note 2, note 3, note 4, note 5, s7, s7 edge, note 8, note 9 (the last 4 still work with relatives without any problems ). Note 10 plus has a wonderful screen, progress is visible. More memory allows you not to monitor the storage much. The cameras are very good, especially stabilization behaves advantageously. The ated stylus is noticeably faster and a nice bonus - gestures in the air.
Cons
  • I express my sincere regret that the technology of the upper price segment samsung turns into a "pumpkin" immediately after the end of the warranty period. For 90,000. is a terrible approach. It is very sad that the price of a lottery ticket in the latest revisions does not meet expectations either in terms of quality or service. I would like samsung to report the possible terrible quality of the flagships immediately upon purchase, then with every doubt it would be worth taking it under warranty, but rather not buying at all.
