There was a problem with the relearn code because I sent it to the Philippines where my H3 is located and I couldn't find the GM tech2 scanner. The website must clearly state the need for a GM Tech2 scanner so the buyer can use it to order one if it needs to be shipped somewhere that GM vehicles are not supported. Identical to the one replaced and there were no problems installing it.
