Not the quality I expected

I have a sharp iron cut 30. The parts fit perfectly. But consumables are of terrible quality. I keep changing the advice. They are short-lived and burn out very quickly. I have a 2" x 2" corner 1/8" thick. I can make about 6 cuts before I have to change attachments. The ones that came with my car lasted me almost 2 months. I have two Bought full sets of these tips and after 3 months I was down to the last dozen I will definitely not be buying this brand again.
