I like it very much. Much better than my current set. I'm 2/3 of the way to my black belt in Kempo Karate so I have some experience with this type of gear. First, they are slightly curved to conform to the natural shape of the wearer's hand. Second, they have a lot of filler. Third, the finger holes on the back of the gloves appear to have some serious stitching which should ensure they last a while. Fourth, the strap is padded on the back in case you get accidentally or improperly hit. They appear to be well made and appear to be a good deal at the list price of $28.26 at the time of writing. It is convenient to use them with anyone other than a professional boxer/MMA fighter; distinguished for his work in karate, amateur boxing and especially for teaching young people martial arts or self-defense.
