I have a Delonghi espresso machine Delonghi EC680M DEDICA 15 bar pump espresso machine, stainless steel at home and this grinder makes my shots perfect. My previous coffee grinder was the Capresso Burr Grinder. I thought it was the same as a cone grinder but I was wrong. Ever since I first started using the Capresso grinder, the fine grind setting has been almost like a French press. BUT I thought that was probably normal. My espresso shots were always so weak that I made 3 double shots for work every day. I've lived with a Capresso grinder and a Delonghi espresso machine for over a year, but I've had enough of them. I thought it might be a Delonghi espresso machine but then I realized it has to be a grinder and it would be cheaper to try the grinder first. Then I saw this Cuisinart grinder on Amazon for a retail price of $70. on sale, I'm tired of espresso this week, I'll buy it. YOU MUST BUY IT. Now it's as strong and good as the local store I buy beans from. LOVEEEE
