First of all, great price! This is exactly what the surgeon sent me home after my abdominal surgery, so I was very happy to find it. My doctor told me to wear it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as long as I have swelling (about 4-6 weeks) and that most people find that just compression generally helps. I think it helps with swelling and also according to the restrictions you put on yourself after the operation.- It's nothing special and there are no styling goggles as it's visible under tight clothes but for me it was perfect. a little behind, but I only notice it when I look in the mirror. - The instructions say to hand wash, but I wash them gently and just hang them to dry. I have been doing this once a week for the last 4 weeks and they are still like new.
