I love this cheese grater! This is much faster than our previous grater. So far we have used two of these attachments (basic chopper and fine chopper/grater). The cheese shreds quickly and evenly, and I don't have to worry about scratching my hands in the process. The handle that attaches the chopper to the counter is very useful. Only two minor cons (if I could give 4.5 stars I would): 1. Only a standard sized bowl fits under the slide due to the angle and height. It would be nice to be able to place a large bowl here for chopping/grabbing large amounts of cheese (for macaroni and cheese, stuffed mussels, etc.). Just means washing a few bowls so no big deal.2. When I grated parmesan with a grater, I had to grate it twice to get real grated parmesan. The first pass still gives fine crumbs and I need a finer grid to sprinkle Parmesan on my homemade garlic bread.
