I often rewire old Willys Jeeps. Cable abuse requires that I protect the connections with good heat shrink tubing. These tubes do the job perfectly. I've found that they compress very well when heated with a heat gun at a low temperature. The tubes wrap very tightly around the wire and joint, and the tubes add some rigidity to the joint, preventing the wires from breaking. I've also used a few to hold the tips of my radio antennas and they do the job well. The box they come in is made out of very durable plastic and should last long after the tubes are gone. If you need to protect your electrical connections from dirt, water, kinking or breaking, these tubes are for you. I'm glad I bought mine.
