Review on 🔧 Engine Sensor Idle Air Control Valve Replacement for Volvo 3843750 3843751 3857696 by Douglas Coronado

I bought this for a hard to start Volvo Penta 5.7 OSXI-G marine engine. I had to press the accelerator all the way down to start the engine. I swapped out the OEM part for this replacement and not only did it not fix the starting problem, it also caused my idle RPM to jump to over 1500 RPM and get stuck. It's too high and makes shifting very clumsy and potentially dangerous. I have to turn off the engine to reset the sensor and set it to normal idle. Unfortunately I bought the end of last season and only got around to fitting it this season so I can't return it. You get what you pay for I guess.
