So I bought this for my laptop to have an extra screen when doing the backend for my photography shop. I liked it because it's portable so I can take it with me on the go. Works on my phone but not on my laptop. My laptop can't find it. I tried the included USB-C cable and the mini-HDMI cable. I even tried some of my own lines. Still nothing. Will have to return it. Update: The seller read my review and sent me another one. It worked! Must be a bad screen. Connected with an HDMI cable and BLAMMO! My computer found it and now I have the extra screen I need, thank you! Excellent customer service!
