Product seems good but has not been installed yet. All parts of the pre-assembled parts are overtightened (making the movement stiff and difficult), chipped (making the movement difficult to adjust) and worn (cracked powder coating looks bad, can cause rust, screws torn off). thread makes it difficult to adjust or install the TV). Overall looks like a good product with factory quality issues. My photos show flattened threads from screws that have been forced in and tool marks chipping off the powder coating. Btw, there are flattened threads on the TV mount screws, so I'll have to reuse them.
