The best thing about this service is that they are very reliable when it comes time for shipment delivery or pick up from their facility! They always make sure everything goes smoothly with your shipments no matter where you send them too!! Sometimes there isn't any room in truck but sometimes we have had issues getting our packages delivered at all times which has been really frustrating as well because I know my package was sent out correctly so why can’t i get notified? Their customer support staff takes forever (and usually never answers) if contacted by phone instead leaving messages left unanswered even after multiple calls.
