Review on Nekteck by Tom Schuster

Despite the fact that Nekteck has an impressive assortment of massage tools and equipment, I was dissatisfied with my most recent purchase due to issues with shipping and handling. It took much longer than I had anticipated for the product I purchased to be delivered, and when it finally did, the packaging was damaged and the item itself had a few minor defects. When I called their customer service department to ask about a replacement, I was greeted with long wait times and responses that were not very helpful. The fact that I had to go through a number of different channels in order to get the problem resolved was annoying, and the company's lack of transparency regarding their shipping and handling procedures gave me a bad flavor in my mouth. Despite the fact that I recognize the high standard of their products, I am unable to endorse Nekteck because of these logistical problems.
