I like that it's an easy platform to use - there are many features available including video calls in addition to text chat! It is also very intuitive as well which makes training employees much easier than other platforms we have used previously.
There really isn't anything i dislike about this software at all. The only thing would be if you were looking into hosting multiple locations within one system (like our branch offices) then having more users/users per location could get confusing. We've been able to solve problems of communication between different branches by using smartpa so they can communicate directly without needing emails or phone calls from headquarters.
