Constantly stuck in desuffify mode, won't charge, very frustrating

I connected 2 AGM 12V-35Ah batteries in parallel. I found this charger very frustrating to use. The device just hangs on desuffification and flashes without further action. In this case, bulk loading is not possible. I have to unplug the device a couple of times to get it loose. I don't even know how many times I have to do this to get rid of the stuck. My emails to the seller are never answered. Maybe I have a lemon. I do not know. Update: This POS is definitely dead. It's not trying to charge anymore even if the power light is on. It's garbage. I have only used this item a few times.
