I first met them when I received one of these bricks along with an online grocery delivery. Did such a great job of keeping the temperatures down that I've been looking for more products. Sooooo glad I did - they came in VERY handy when my fridge broke recently and I had to put everything in the fridge for over a week. Even with frequent opening of refrigerators, these brixes remained frozen and kept cold. Compared to several other refrigerators used at the same time, they showed the best results within ten days. The Brix size 9 x 4 inches is a good size, very hard and not flexible even when not frozen. They are easy to install in large refrigerators. Almost any freezer bag can last a few hours, but these brixes will easily last 18-20 hours. Hours and were still very cold and freezing quickly. Brix easily stayed frozen for 2-3 days if coolers weren't opened and ransacked often.
