I have just ordered my second set of rings from this company, these are gifts for a friend. I give five stars because of the price and the quality of the amenities. The straps actually have buckle attachment straps so you can roll them up. The only problem is that the ends of the straps are narrow and therefore don't have much bulk. So when you try to thread them through the buckle, it's like taking wet noodles and stuffing them through a small hole. I put five minutes of epoxy on the tips which you have to do to get a thin coat instead of a thick one and that solved the problem they were having. If you are looking for machines to help you build muscle, these are your kids. FA QS.com GMB Fitness is a good reference point, both have good YouTube videos on using rings 71 years old. I've been able to build muscle with them, but it's not easy.
