This is amazing. We love egg slices and the creamiest and easiest way to make them is in an Instant Pot. I use silicone cupcake liners because they are very easy to clean. With these coasters I can prepare 2 portions (14 pieces) at the same time. My favorite recipe: 4 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup halved, 1/4 cup ham or par-cooked bacon, salt, pepper, parsley (for 7 egg wedges; double for 2 servings). Spray the silicone cups with a drop of avocado oil and then fill the cups 3/4 full. Steam for 8 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes. There are many recipes on the internet and they are good too.
