Fragile USB connector, the camera does not hold.
I used this dummy battery on my Canon T2i which I use as a webcam for my classes. Although it needs what the power supply requires (2.1A/5V plug), it turns off after only a few minutes and sometimes doesn't turn on at all after turning the camera on and off. In addition, the USB connector is so fragile that it will bend whatever is connected to the charger at the slightest stretch. It was useless for what I need it for. Going with a real version of the outlet I should have done in the first place.
