UPDATE 7.14.20 I contacted EliteField about a defective product I received and after having to jump through a bunch of hoops I finally got another box. I told them it was for the trip I was taking as they would ship it via UPS ground shipping. They assured me it would be on time and that they would send me the tracking information. It was July 6th and I left on the 10th. Not only did they not send me any tracking information, but the box never arrived before I had to leave and still hasn't arrived. I have no way of tracking it down. I contacted them 3 times and heard NOTHING! The original product was torn, damaged and poorly made, fell on my dog several times and was unusable! I have requested a full refund but since they refuse to answer I am sure I will never see him again. I will file a formal complaint with Revain and with my credit card company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! ORIGINAL POSTI was happy about this as I have another similar model but without the side shadow walls. On arrival one of the support rods is loose/broken at the top and won't connect properly and is therefore a very loose fit. The interior of the box is poorly assembled and looks unfinished as parts of the netting and shade panels are not fully sewn to the box and there are loose ends sticking out everywhere - easy and tempting for a dog to grab and tear. It would be nice if the ends had some sort of piping and/or sewn to the side panels so dogs don't want to grab loose material/laces. For the money spent I am very disappointed. I bought this for a trip and don't have time to get another one.
