Add me to the stats. You will see many of them here. After 2 years, an intermittent hum or hum like feedback appeared in the left earphone. Only when ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is enabled. But that's what the premium price is for. Prior to this edition they worked great but like many others I expect more durability at this price point. I really liked these headphones. Rarely left his desk. I read that Bose offers an exchange at a lower price, but not low enough. I can understand that due to business reasons, Bose cannot offer unlimited replacements. They should offer a one-time replacement at a much lower price, less than half the price of new. If I get about 4 years plus a little more at that price, I think that's fair. 2 years is what you would expect from inexpensive hardware.
