Easy 20 minutes, could be less if instructions were available, scissor lift was used but I think it could be done 1 at a time I think that if it would go to the third hole, it would prevent the 04 electra bags from slipping. But now on the 2nd hole, with the touring pack off, you can sit on a flat tire and hit 10 pounds.
