Terrible! They will send you a cheap fake for $6! When I saw black plastic and there was no manufacturer's name on it, I was so disappointed 😞! Worse, these are refurbished filters! They have already been used! You can see traces of cleaning on the ceramic! You will receive a completely different product than what is shown in the picture! It's about a quarter filled with cheap charcoal, and the side panels are so thin after the hasty cleaning that they have holes and scratches! Less material, less protection. If you crack these, there's no such thing as fluoride protection for activated aluminum! This product is a total scam! No new product!
