I like it, I'll buy four more

So far we've used doorstops that stick out of the wall like a spring. But these doorstops don't hold the door, so we had to use wedge doorstops. makes an ugly mess on the wall and under/in front of the door. it's much better, not much sticking out of the door and nothing on the wall, very unobtrusive on the carpet. and it holds the door without a wedge but releases very easily. We have a short pile rug and I don't know how this can work (or not) on a pile rug, but it works perfectly for a doorway wed. One had scratched the top of the door with screws. Another had a piece of metal missing from the door area.
