Works great! Ease of installation. If the height adjustment screw was in the front instead of the back it would be even easier. I had to use some spacers to prevent the bottom part of the door assembly (the part with the magnet in contact with the bottom assembly) from touching the front door sill.

Last Update: I have finally managed to stick it to the floor with Gorilla Tape sticky squares and trim them to fit which will likely be permanent but I guess I don't plan on ever taking it off anyway.
