Review on Fiskars 174140-1001 X-Large Squeeze Punch Round n' Round - Superior Quality Craft Punch, Ideal for Round Shapes Crafting - White Color by Amber Perez

This review is for the Extra Large Round Punch. I am very disappointed in this product. I've tried using it to cut 2" circles out of regular printer paper and it's failed utterly. First you need to flatten it out so you only have about 1/8th of the paper at the bottom of the hole punch (this was annoying since I was trying to cut out our photos printed on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper). But the main reason I hated this product is that it didn't cut a clean 2 inch circle. He cut the top of the circle normally (not perfectly clean) and then the bottom of the circle looked torn. This is not a case of operator error as there is a way to compress it. The paper was cut, just not very well. I had to use scissors to cut out the rest of the circle. There is a chance my product was defective as I have other Fiskars hole punches that are fine but I suspect the circle is too big to compress. blow and that it's just a poorly designed or executed product. I am sending it back and advising you, dear reader, to avoid this product.
