Potential Quality Control Issues Best in Tube Fittings

I bought 2 packs of 1/2" street elbows. Of the 4 elbows I received all had metal shavings, 1 was completely covered in motor oil, no big deal as I used them wanted to clean anyway but 1 elbow has so much rust on the inside that I'm not sure I can remove it Whilst the other 2 are fine I would advise being a little cautious when buying.
