Does not support Tare installation. When removing and installing the bowl, the scale jumps 0.2 above and below the tare. 5000g is 771.6g. The scale jumps from 771.6 to 771.4, 788.2 and everything in between just by removing and replacing the reference weight. yes calibrated and recalibrated. There is no wind, noise, vibration or nearby electronics in my apartment. and i hold my breath So please don't bother explaining what might be getting in the way. I am loading near maximum and the maximum chamber pressure for this gun is 12,000psi. .3 will put the load on 12700+. Do not use chain scales with gunpowder. The scale does not lie flat on a flat surface and the fact that the battery died and is still in the product says a lot about quality control. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this is advertised as a reload scale and having used it I tend to think the reviews I've seen here are fake. It's not even worth going to UPS to ship it back. It is used as a target for $20 for 1/2 pound of tannerite. So I think the trick works. Selling something so cheap they don't bother returning it but we sold it anyway. Right?
