A molecule of peptide is better than a whole molecule of protein

I add this PROMIX collagen peptide to my morning coffee, a full scoop - sometimes I add a half scoop as well. (sometimes I take a second dose in the afternoon) I take this product to keep my tendons and ligaments healthy. .The joints don't hurt and the knees work as they should! Last year I stopped taking collagen peptides for about 2 months. After about 3 weeks EVERYTHING started to hurt, especially the right knee! I thought. what the hell? Eventually, I realized that the collagen supplement I was taking (PROMIX) was having a positive effect on my body. I quickly placed another order for the product. After using my new order for about a week and a half, I noticed that the pain in the joints subsided (now gone), and after about 2 weeks the knee no longer hurt. I can squat again. Over the years I have tried MANY different protein powders and other collagen based products. I find the peptide version of collagen to be the best. I prefer the PROMIX brand.
