Great Allison Transmission for my 2016 Chevrolet 3500HD. I wasn't sure if my current filter had a magnet, but it did have a magnet, so I now have a spare for my next filter change. I was glad I changed the filter and checked the transmission oil as it turned out that my transmission was apparently 2 liters less than factory. I changed the filter at 11,000 miles so I'm glad the gearbox didn't suffer. Who would have thought you would need to test the transmission fluid when it should have been tested before it shipped from the factory and the dealer that sold it to me. There is absolutely no evidence of leaks so I can only assume that's how it was delivered!
